The Conference will take place at the newly renovated Vail Cascade Resort & Spa in Vail, Colorado. There is a resort fee of $6 per room, per night. Self parking is $5 per day.

Please reserve your room early. After September 20, the room block for the conference is released. Location
Vail Cascade Resort & Spa is located approximately 100 miles west of Denver via Interstate 70 and approximately 35 miles east of the Vail/Eagle County Airport via U.S. Highway 6 and Interstate 70. Within Vail, you'll find The Cascade just one mile west of Lionshead Village and three miles west of Vail Village, offering tranquility and privacy. The resort provides complimentary shuttle service to both villages throughout the year.
Room Options

Deposit / Cancellation
One night's deposit is required at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled at least 20 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. No shows, early departures and/or late arrivals will be charged the contracted nightly rate for the entire reserved stay.
