Conference Registration
Registration will take place on the second floor of the Vail Cascade conference center. We will be open from 5:00 – 7:00 pm on Tuesday, October 12th. We will open again at 7:00 am on Wednesday, October 13th.

Hotel Reservations
Please make your hotel reservations at Vail Cascade Resort and Conference Center. To make reservations please call 1-800-420-2424 and ask for the Housing Colorado NOW! Conference rate. You may also e-mail Vcr-Groupres@destinationhotels.com to reserve your room. Please reserve your room early. After September 20, the room block for the conference is released. Special Needs
If you did not mark it on your registration form, please contact Jackie if you are vegetarian or if you have any other special needs she should be aware of.

HOGS/DISHES Fundraiser
At this year’s Conference, you can help the HOGs (Housing Old Guys) or DISHES with their latest fund-raiser for Housing Colorado.

Directions to the Vail Cascade Resort and Conference Center
Take I-70 West. Exit 176 (main Vail). At end of ramp, enter roundabout and go to the left under the Interstate. Enter the 2nd roundabout and turn right onto South Frontage Road (toward Lionshead). Follow the frontage road signs that direct you to the ‘Cascade Village.' The resort is approximately 1.5 miles on the left.

What to Wear
Business casual will cover most of the conference. For the gala on Thursday night appropriate dress includes, business casual or more formal gala attire.
