Please use the exhibitor form here for the Housing Colorado NOW! Conference to order AV or power. Please fill out the form and send it to Lauren Ciarallo at the Vail Cascade. (Address, Fax and E-mail are listed below)

Set Up Times:
Tuesday, October 12 from 12:00 noon – 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 13 from 7:00 – 9:00 a.m.

Conference registrants will be picking up their registration packets in the exhibit area, starting at 5:00 on Tuesday, October 12th. We suggest you plan to have your exhibit set up before 5:00 pm to benefit from registration traffic.

Check In Location:
Check-in at the registration desk which will be located on the second floor of the Conference Center at the Vail Cascade Resort and Conference Center.

Exhibit Location:
Exhibit location is determined by level of sponsorship. Your exhibit table will be clearly marked at the conference.

Exhibit Size/Description:
The preferred exhibit size is a tabletop exhibit. You will have one 6 ft. draped table with 2 chairs.

Exhibit Hours:
Conference attendees visit the exhibit booths during registration and during breaks in the conference program, (i.e. before and after meals and workshops).

1:45 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Thursday, October 14th
7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
1:45 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
