SPEAKER REGISTRATION
We do request that all presenters register for the conference. The link to online registration is www.housingcolorado.org//?title=conference+registration. If you want to send in a registration form, print a form here. here

1. If speakers plan to attend the full conference, their registration fee is $280 (member rate, no early registration cutoff).

2. If speakers plan to attend only the half day of their presentation, there is no charge and they may attend breakfast or lunch on that date.

3. Speakers who attend only for their presentation should indicate “breakfast comp” or “lunch comp” on their registration form.

Additional registration information (scholarships, hotel, etc.) and general conference information is available at www.housingcolorado.org/index.php?id=39.

AV CONFIRMATION
Please let your workshop coordinator know if you plan to bring your own projector and laptop (a LIMITED number of projectors –on loan from other presenters- will be available to check out at the registration desk; laptops will NOT be available).

Each room will be set up with a screen and podium (small rooms will not have sound systems).

A preliminary count of workshop attendees will be provided prior to the conference so that handouts can be prepared. You may wish to provide a CD of presentation materials; these will be uploaded to the Conference website.

You will receive driving directions and other attendee tips from our conference coordinator, once you’ve registered.

ONLINE FORUM
Housing Colorado has developed an online forum. The goal of this forum will be to provide a platform for our community members to exchange best practices and resources with colleagues statewide (now including over 6,000 affordable housing professionals).

Topics have been modeled after the 2009-2010 workshop tracks; Finance, Planning and Development, Advocacy/Policy, Homeownership, Resources, Support Services/Special Needs, Best Practices, General.

Workshop attendees and presenters are encouraged to continue their dialogue through the forum after the conference; forums.housingcolorado.org.

Simply create a user name and password and select a forum topic.
If you wish to moderate a new topic, please contact Kirsten@housingcolorado.org.

We hope the forum will offer industry leaders like you an opportunity to meet potential clients by sharing some of your expertise with our members throughout the year.

Thank you for contributing your time and experience!
