ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

Pathways to Progress. The 21st annual Housing Colorado NOW! Conference, will look beyond the challenges posed by the current economic climate to emerging solutions, new directions for moving forward and the opportunities presented by tough times. The workshops will reflect many Pathways to Progress, providing attendees with insight on building stronger housing communities in Colorado. Premier speakers will inspire conference attendees to utilize new resources to forge ahead, personally and professionally.

Tools for our time. Featuring national policy and finance experts and the region’s housing leadership, the plenary sessions are guaranteed to stimulate and inspire. Planned and orchestrated by a diverse committee of over 50 dedicated housing professionals, all programming is developed to address the full spectrum of housing issues with creative, timely and inspiring content presented by esteemed experts. Selected from over 80 proposals, this year’s 32 workshops will offer beginner and advanced practitioners with the information and resources needed to expand affordable housing choices in today’s urban, rural and mountain resort communities.

Building community. Networking opportunities abound through a variety of social and peer-to-peer exchange opportunities. Meet and mingle with over 550 housing professionals from financial agencies and institutions; for-profit and non-profit developers; public housing authorities; affordable housing advocates; service providers; Realtors®; government officials and other community leaders from the local, state and national levels.
