As a resource for the community, Housing Colorado is showcasing exemplary developments that feature quality design and innovative solutions for affordable, mixed-income and mixed-use projects across Colorado.

By showcasing affordable housing design accomplishments from across the state, the gallery will offer a resource to developers interested in learning about new models; a public education tool for policymakers interested in learning about award-winning developments in their communities and how different subsidy streams are utilized to make these developments possible; a public education tool for citizens concerned about affordable housing quality and design.

Housing Colorado's Affordable Housing Gallery is funded by AIA Denver's Curt Dale Community Grant.
