April Webinar:  Updates from D.C.

Policymakers just enacted legislation setting 2018 funding levels for housing programs and modifying the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. In addition, Congress is beginning to consider 2019 funding and Administration proposals to raise rents and allow work requirements in rental assistance programs. Doug Rice, Will Fischer and Alicia Mazzara from the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities will discuss these developments and their implications for efforts to help low-income people in Colorado afford housing, as well as additional proposals to expand rental assistance to address unmet needs. CBPP is a DC-based organization that conducts research and analysis on a range of policy issues affecting low-income people.

Speakers:  Doug Rice, Will Fischer, and Alicia Mazzara from the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities
