Announcing Young Professionals Program

We are launching a new initiative in 2018; it is a pilot program of events geared to affordable housing young professionals (age 40 and under). This will be limited to members-only organizations. Now is a great time to get some of the younger people in your organization involved with Housing Colorado. Some events will be aimed at networking, and some will be aimed at learning opportunities. Events will take place every other month.
Join us in kicking off our new Young Professionals program in 2018! See our first two events below, and click to register. All housing professionals 40 and under who are members of Housing Colorado are welcome to attend. This is a free event, but you must register to attend.
Young Professionals Off the Clock
January 24, 2018
This will be the first networking event of the year. Are you in the early stages of your career in affordable housing? Are you still building your network, figuring out which path you want to take, or sorting out what all the crazy acronyms mean? This is the perfect place for you to get to know people in your same circles who will be your industry colleagues for years to come. Join us at RubinBrown in downtown Denver for beer, wine and an awesome time.
Young Professionals Coffee Connections

This is the second event for our new Young Professionals program in 2018! Are you in the early stages of your career in affordable housing? Are you still building your network, figuring out which path you want to take, or sorting out what all the crazy acronyms mean? Then you will want to attend our first Coffee Connections. The topic this month is LIHTC 101. Tax credits are complicated, but at this meeting there are no dumb questions. In fact, we welcome them! Registration is open, but come back soon for more event details.
