Sign Up or Renew Membership

All members of Housing Colorado have a universal annual renewal date of January 1st with memberships active from January 1st to December 31st. Membership is organizational, and thus all staff are included as members when the organization/company signs up for membership. Have questions about membership? FAQs:

How do I sign up as a student or retiree?
As you may have noticed, we do not have this feature available online. You can send in a check or you can pay via credit card over the phone. Please call Emily Nilsen at 720-744-2251.

I logged in, but why won't it let me renew the dues?
Due payment is set up underneath the organization's primary contact. If you are unsure who the primary contact is or what the login is, please contact Housing Colorado staff, and we are happy to help you.

How do I generate or request an invoice?
Invoices are created by request only. Please contact Emily Nilsen, Membership & Communication Specialist, for an invoice.

I am unsure what dues category I should be placed in. Can you help provide clarity?
This is based on your annual budget revenue. If you are an international or national firm with little business in Colorado or if you do not currently have a large affordable portfolio, you might be having trouble defining your revenue amount. You can reach out to staff with questions specific to your organization and we can help you determine what amount is right.

Do you offer individual (non-organizational) memberships?
No. We do offer student/retiree individual memberships, but otherwise an individual will need to sign up under their organization.

If everyone in the organization is given access to membership, how do I add them into the system?
When the primary contact logs in, you will want to click manage profile, then sub-accounts, then create sub-accounts. You can also contact Housing Colorado with a list of staff members including their names, titles, and emails, and we can create a profile for each person. We are happy to help!
