So you are nearly done with construction. Don’t take a breath yet! Now the hard part begins! Please join us at Denver Housing Authority for tips from several experienced developers on a “To Do” list of tasks to smoothly move into your operating period. They will talk about best practices to help tenants be successful residents and members of their community, through providing building-based supportive services and assisting tenants with accessing community-based services. Learn from the experts on how they have handled the challenging next steps.

Bring your questions and your appetite. Breakfast will be provided!
