Opportunity Zones: A New Tool

Learn about the new Opportunity Zone law that provides tax incentives. The Opportunity Zone Act allows investors to defer (up to nine years) paying tax on gains if those gains are invested in Qualified Opportunity Funds that in turn invest in economically distressed communities designated by the governor.
