Housing Colorado Welcomes Interim Executive Director, Nancy Erickson
We are happy to announce a new addition to the Housing Colorado team. Nancy Erickson will be Interim Executive Director for Housing Colorado while the Board of Directors' Executive Search Committee conducts a thorough process to find the next Executive Director. Nancy has a very accomplished and long history of leadership and is very ready to help serve and bring her skills to help our affordable housing industry continue to thrive.

Nancy Erickson, MBA, CAE, has over thirty years of experience in the nonprofit association field. Within her company, Erickson & Associates Consulting, she served as the Executive Director for the Association for Theatre in Higher Education (ATHE) - 19 years - and the American Society for Theatre Research (ASTR) - 11 years. Other clients include: the International Federation for Theatre Research, the Society for Dance History Scholars, the Congress on Research and Dance, and the Association of Collegiate Conference and Event Directors, International (ACCEDI).
Nancy’s breadth of experience ranges from the Assistant Director of Education, American College of Healthcare Executives, to Director of Education for the National Alzheimer’s Association, to Executive Vice President of the American Society for Clinical Hypnosis, and most recently as chief staff officer for ATHE and ASTR. Nancy has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University in Chicago, and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) with the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
