Sign Up or Renew Membership

Your organization/company can join Housing Colorado at any time throughout the year:

  • All members have an annual renewal date of January 1st, with memberships active from January 1st to December 31st.
  • The 2020 Membership Campaign begins in Fall 2019; new members will receive membership benefits from their start date in Fall 2019 through December 31, 2020.

Membership is organizational, which means that all staff are included as members when the organization/company signs up for membership. Staff members can set up individual logins for event registration and accessing member-only resources.

Have a question about membership? Contact Dora Grace, Housing Colorado's Program Coordinator by email or call (720) 744-2251. Download the 2019 Membership Flyer.

How do I sign up as a student or retiree?
This feature is not available online. In order to sign up, you can send in a check or you can contact Dora Grace at 720-744-2251 or

I logged in, but how can I renew our organization's dues?
Organizational dues are connected to the primary account holder. If you are unsure who the primary contact is or what the login is, please contact Housing Colorado staff and we are happy to help you.

Can I see the list of current member organizations before I join Housing Colorado?
Yes, all of our current members are listed here

What should I do if I am unsure about which dues category to select for my organization?
Your dues category is based on your annual budget revenue. If you are an international or national firm with little business in Colorado, or if you do not currently have a large affordable portfolio, you might be having trouble defining your revenue amount. You can reach out to staff with questions specific to your organization and we can help you determine what amount is right.

Do you offer individual (non-organizational) memberships?
No - we do offer student/retiree individual memberships, but otherwise an individual will need to sign up with an organizational membership and will be listed under their organization.

If everyone in the organization is given access to membership, how do I add them into the system?
There are two ways to create individual logins for your staff:

  1. When the primary contact logs in to the main organizational account, they can click on "manage profile," then "sub-accounts," and then "create sub-accounts."
  2. You can also email Dora with a list of staff members including their names, titles, and email addresses, and our team can create a profile for each person. We are happy to help!
