Sign Up or Renew Membership

All members of Housing Colorado have a universal annual renewal date of January 1st with memberships active from January 1st to December 31st. Membership is organizational, and thus all staff are included as members when the organization/company signs up for membership. Have questions about membership? Contact Rachel Massman, Housing Colorado's Conference & Event Manager, by emailing rachel@housingcolorado.org or calling 303-863-0125. Download the 2019 Membership Flyer.

FAQs:

How do I sign up as a student or retiree?
As you may have noticed, we do not have this feature available online. In order to sign up, you can send in a check or you can call or email Rachel Massman at 303-863-0125 or rachel@housingcolorado.org. She can set up an online pathway for you.

I logged in, but why won't it let me renew the dues?
Due payment is set up underneath the organization's primary contact. If you are unsure who the primary contact is or what the login is, please contact Housing Colorado staff, and we are happy to help you.

Can I see who the fellow member organizations are before joining?
Yes, all of our current members/supporters are listed here

How do I generate or request an invoice?
Invoices are mailed out to renewing members in January. Otherwise, they are created by request only. Please contact Rachel Massman, Conference & Event Manager, for an invoice.

I am unsure what dues category I should be placed in. Can you help provide clarity?
This is based on your annual budget revenue. If you are an international or national firm with little business in Colorado or if you do not currently have a large affordable portfolio, you might be having trouble defining your revenue amount. You can reach out to staff with questions specific to your organization and we can help you determine what amount is right.

Do you offer individual (non-organizational) memberships?
No. We do offer student/retiree individual memberships, but otherwise an individual will need to sign up with an organizational membership and will be listed under their organization.

If everyone in the organization is given access to membership, how do I add them into the system?
When the primary contact logs in, you will want to click manage profile, then sub-accounts, then create sub-accounts. You can also contact Housing Colorado with a list of staff members including their names, titles, and emails, and we can create a profile for each person. We are happy to help!
