Making Home Affordable
Making Home Affordable is an official program of the Departments of the Treasury & Housing and Urban Development to help homeowners avoid foreclosure and stabilize the country's housing market. This program offers seven different programs, from lowering monthly payments to military resources, all which aim to make home ownership more sustainable.

Colorado Attorney General- Mortgage Fraud Information Center
The Office of the Attorney General has been a leader in pursuing cases against mortgage brokers, foreclosure rescue companies and loan modification firms that have defrauded Colorado consumers. This information center allows you to submit a complaint when a homeowner is being solicited for a loan modification scam and learn more about the Colorado Foreclosure Protection Act.
